Mantra is the fifth yoga described in the Yoga Upanishads. The word mantra is generally translated as sound vibration. The sound vibration depends on how it is repeated, chanted and used. The process of using mantras is known as japa yoga, or the yoga of mantra repetition. SAYI founders have always understood this importance of Japa Yoga and hence keenly emphasize on the practice of Japasadhana. Japasadhana is a regular practice held at SAYI with the presence of all students and faculty members.
