Self-Paced Online Yog Practice Sessions launched on the Sri Adiyoga Learning App today.
This will be beneficial to all working executives and students who are unable to attend early morning classes. The content will be kept alive for 24 hours in a sequential manner so that anyone who has missed the sessions can restudy it and practiseit. The time slot can be chosen as per the student's own convenience.
The sessions are in a pre-recorded format, and for Q & A, students can post their queries regarding studies on the Sri Adiyoga Pocket Study App.
This will strengthen the present state of yoga skills, and those who are doing intensive practise can revise the sessions.
